Shipping & returns
Every work is packed by hand and sent from the studio at Odderøya in Kristiansand.
Ordering
Add the work to your cart and continue to checkout. Payment is handled securely by Shopify, with card, Vipps, Apple Pay and Klarna available. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.
Packing
Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue and shipped flat in a rigid board mailer. Originals are wrapped and boxed. Bark boats travel in a fitted box with soft filling.
Delivery
Orders leave the studio within 3-5 working days. Norway: 1-3 days after dispatch. Europe: 3-7 days. Rest of the world: 7-14 days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the EEA may be subject to import duties or local VAT, which are paid by the recipient.
Returns
If something is not right, write within 14 days of delivery and return the work unused in its original packaging for a full refund of the item. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the work arrived damaged.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo of the parcel and the work to annaberthelsenkunst@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
